Aaron James McNamara, 61, passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at Granite VNA Hospice in Concord after a courageous two-year battle with cancer. He was born on March 20, 1965 in Manchester to George "Skip" and Carol (White) McNamara.

Aaron earned his associates degree then began his career as an autobody mechanic for many years. He had also worked as a manufacturing technician for Parker-Hannifin for 15+ years. Aaron loved going to Hampton Beach annually with friends, riding his motorcycle, tinkering in the garage on various projects, and spending time with his beloved grandchildren and family. He never missed the opportunity for a seafood dinner, one of his favorite meals to cook, amongst a variety of other delicious meals he made for his family. He will be remembered for his unique sense of humor and willingness to put everyone else before himself.

Aaron is survived by his longtime partner: Roberta "Robbie" Coutu; his son: Michael Depelteau and his wife Amanda; his mother: Carol McNamara; his two brothers: Sean McNamara, Thomas McNamara and his wife Mary; his three sisters: Donna Hayden and her longtime partner Rick Santos, Amy Duhaime and her husband Maurice, Beth Sheean and her husband William; his two grandchildren: Patrick and Grace Depelteau; and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his former wife: Patricia McNamara; and his father: Skip McNamara.

SERVICES: Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St. in Manchester from 5pm-7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at St. Catherine of Siena Parish, 207 Hemlock St. in Manchester at 10am. There will be no burial.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Dartmouth Cancer Center in honor of Cancer Care Coordinator Madison DeGust, whose unwavering support, kindness, and guidance were a source of strength and comfort to our family and made a profound difference in our loved one's care.
