Agnes L. Vaal, 83, of Manchester, died June 20, 2021, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Manchester on February 3, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Emma (Leclerc) Lacourse. She was educated in Manchester, a graduate of Central High School, and a lifelong resident of the Queen City.
Agnes worked as an electronics assembler for Ma-com for many years and was a member of the Policemen's Wives Association.
Agnes enjoyed cake decorating, playing bingo and time spent with her family. She was very kind and gentle and loved to smile and laugh. Above all else, she will be remembered as a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend.
Agnes was predeceased by her husband, Gilbert A. Vaal in 2004.
Surviving family members include three daughters, Diane Playanakos and husband Peter of Manchester, Debra McCurdy and husband Scott of Manchester, and Anita Lemay and husband Robert of Manchester; two sons, Mark Vaal and wife Ruth of West Barnet, VT, and James Vaal and wife Lisa of Manchester; ten grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
SERVICES: There are no calling hours. A Committal Services will take place on Thursday at 12:00 pm, in the Mausoleum at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Road, Manchester, NH 03102.
