Anita M. Gagnon

Anita, M.(Heroux)Gagnon, 89, of Hooksett, died February 26, 2011, at her home. She was born in Nashua, December 4, 1921, to Alphee and Eva(Gendron) Heroux.

She received her early education locally. Anita wanted to be nothing more than a great mother. Despite all the difficulties of her day, through it all, her kids were worth it. From 1964 to 1978 she worked as a stitcher for Prevue Products. She had lived in Valrico FL for over thirteen years.

Anita had been a member of the Hooksettites, Merrill Follansbee#37 Aux. of Hooksett.

She was a member of Holy Rosary Parish

Family members include eight children, Claire Belisle of Hooksett, Paul H. Gagnon, of HI, Maurice Gagnon, of ME, Marc Gagnon, of Bedford, George Gagnon, of ME, Ernest Gagnon, of Dunbarton, Victor Gagnon, of PA, Louis Gagnon, of Manchester; 22grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; a brother, Paul Heroux, of FL; a sister Theresa Chasse, of FL; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Adelard "Ted" Gagnon in 1993.

A funeral liturgy took place on Friday, March 4, 2011 at the Lambert Funeral Home and Crematory, 1799 Elm St. Manchester.

Burial will take place at Holy Rosary Cemetery in the Spring.
