Anne D. Briand

Anne D Briand, 91, passed away peacefully July 7, 2016. She was born in Cumbernauld, Scotland February 17, 1925 and became a war bride in 1945. She immigrated to Nova Scotia, Canada in 1946 and later moved to Nashua NH in 1964. During her working career she held several different positions. While in Canada she became the local post mistress. After moving to NH she held retail jobs at Sears, Trow News and Card Shop, and Scontsas. She retired from St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua where she worked third shift in communications.
Anne is survived by her four children; Allan Briand of Orange Park, FL, Stella Hogan and Steve of Candia, NH, Judy Briand of Merrimack NH, Jennifer Kulacz and Mark of Hill, NH; four grandsons, Kenneth Hogan, Matthew Hogan, Tyler and Conner Kulacz; three great granddaughters, Samantha Briand, Madison and Jayla Hogan. She was predeceased by a grandson, Michael Briand.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
