Anne A. Lally, 86, of Manchester died March 10, 2005 at Catholic Medical Center after a brief illness.

Born in Manchester on July 30, 1918, she was the daughter of Hugh and Winifred (Carey) Lally. She was a graduate of St. Joseph High School for Girls and was a lifelong resident of Manchester.

Miss Lally retired from Anchor Manufacturing where she had worked for many years. She attended Elliot Hospital Day Care.

The family includes six sisters, Mary Lally, Lillian McDerby, Margaret Gelinas, Winifred Lee, Ruth Schanda and Esther Baroody all of Manchester; two brothers, Hugh Lally of Manchester and William Lally of Bedford.

IN HER LIFE: She was predeceased by a brother, John Lally. She was well loved and respected by her many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Tuesday March 15, 2005 in St. Joseph Cathedral Chapel, Lowell St., Manchester. Burial followed in St. Joseph Cemetery, 448 Donald St., Bedford.

Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester assisted the family with arrangements.
