Anthony F. Caputo, 60, of Goffstown died July 23, 2003 at Elliot Hospital after a brief illness.

Born in Charleroi, PA on July 11, 1943, he was the son of John and Kathryn (Parnella) Caputo. He lived in many areas of the United States and in the Philippines before moving to Goffstown six years ago.

He served in the U.S. Air Force for 22 years and retired with the rank of Master Sergeant. The last 10 years of his service was as a recruiter.

Mr. Caputo was a member of the Disabled American Veterans and various social clubs in the Manchester area. He enjoyed playing golf.

The family includes his wife of 38 years, Louise L. (Boivin) Caputo of Goffstown; a daughter, Franchesca M. Bussiere and her husband, Kevin T. Bussiere both of Manchester; two grandchildren, Jordan Bussiere and Isabella Bussiere both of Manchester; his mother of Belle Vernon, PA; a brother, John Caputo of Charleroi, PA; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial reception was held Saturday June 26, 2003 in Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North Street, Manchester. A memorial service followed in the funeral home.Encryptment was in Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
