Arlene L. Roberge, 91, of Manchester, beloved wife of Norman Roberge, passed away on May 1, 2025 at
the Elliot Hospital in Manchester. She was born on December 24, 1933 in Somersworth to the late Leo
and Beatrice (Coulombe) Turcotte.
Arlene attended private school in Montreal, Canada and learned to speak French fluently. She moved
from Somersworth, NH to Manchester, NH after getting married and was a lifelong communicant of
St. Anthony of Padua Church. While there, she was a member of the St. Anne Solidarity and was also a
member of the NH Association for the deaf. She was proudly married for 67 happy years. Her favorite
hobbies included puzzle making and playing cards. Earlier in her life she enjoyed sewing, knitting and
crafts. She is best known for being an inspirational mother to her children.
In addition to her husband Norman, she is survived by her two children: John Roberge and his partner
Jodi Cruickshank and Pamela Guy and her husband Ronald; her two sisters: Jaqueline Adrien and Betty
Ann Bragdon; her four grandchildren: Amanda Levesque, Nicole Richardson, Erika Hebert and Olivia Guy;
her three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents and
her son: David Roberge.
SERVICES: Calling Hours will be on Monday, May 5, 2025 at Lambert Funeral Home, 1799 Elm St.,
Manchester from 4pm to 6pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at St.
Anthony of Padua Church, 172 Belmont St., Manchester at 10am. Please meet directly at church. Burial
will follow at New Town Cemetery in Rollinsford.
