Armand A. Chaput

Armand A. Chaput, "Chappy" 88, of Manchester, passed away peacefully February 4, 2017 at the Concord Regional VNA Hospice House surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Manchester on December 28, 1928, he was the son of August and Rose (Martineau) Chaput. He was educated in the local school system.
During the Korean War, he served in the US Army.
Prior to retirement, he had worked for Kalwall Corp in Manchester for many years. Previously, he had been employed by AuclairTrucking.
Armand enjoyed watching the Patriots and Boston Red Sox, playing cribbage and spending time with family. In his earlier years, he loved playing pool and had earned various awards as NH State champion.
He will be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother and who cherished time spent with family.
Family members include his wife of 24 years, Margaret (Cronin) Chaput of Manchester; his sister Irene Philibotte, his children Susan L Sarrasin, Maurice Chaput, Diane Chauvette, Greg G. Chaput, step children Dominic C Orlando, Joseph P Orlando Jr., Christine A Orlando, James M Orlando, Paul F Orlando, Deborah A Digilormo, Joanne M Beauregard, Peggy M Landry, Tina Marie LaJoie.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St, Manchester.
