Barbara L. Maxwell, 55, of Manchester, NH died unexpectedly July 31, 2017, at her residence.
Born in Lawrence, MA on May 28, 1962, she was the daughter of Ronald J. and Frances E. (Hanson) Nikolaus. Barbara was a graduate of Timberlane Regional High School, class of 1980. She lived in Danville for over 30 years and worked for Papa Gino's and Dunkin Donuts for over 20 years. Upon moving to Manchester 3 years ago, she worked as a store clerk for Mayo's Market.
Barbara loved spending time with her family and playing with her grandchildren. Above all, she will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt.
Barbara is survived by her husband of 35 years, Christopher Maxwell of Manchester; four children, Michael Maxwell and wife Kendra , Leeann Maxwell and husband David Inman, William Maxwell , Nicholas Maxwell and wife Ivana; eight grandchildren, Arianna, Dakota, Quintin, Summer, Buddy, Blake, Cole and Novak; one sister, Christina (Nikolaus) Caldwell and husband James; and many brother & sister in-laws, nieces, nephews grand nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by both parents; two sisters, Lynn Marie and Deborah Nikolaus; and two brothers, Ronald, Jr. and William Nikolaus.
There are no calling hours. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to be announced on Social Media soon. Burial will be private, at the convenience of the family.
