Beatrice Ann (Devine) St. Pierre, 91, of Manchester died May 12th, 2016 at St. Teresa Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Manchester on February 20th, 1925, she was the daughter of Michael and Catherine (McDonough) Devine. She was educated in the local school system and was a graduate of Manchester Central High School, class of 1941 B.
Prior to retirement, she had been a self-employed real estate broker for many years. Previously, she had also worked for New England Telephone, Manchester Answering Service and Dearborn Real Estate.
She was a longtime communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church and was a member of the parish's Altar Rosary Society. She was also a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians Ladies Auxiliary and the Ladies of the Hill (LOTH).
Above all else, she will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who cherished her Irish heritage. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at St. Teresa Nursing Home in Manchester for the compassionate care they offered Bea during her stay there.
She was predeceased by her husband, Roland J. St. Pierre in 1996. She was also predeceased by her siblings John Devine, Thomas Devine, Mildred Devine, Edmund Devine, Patrick Devine, Madeline Petrowski, Dorothy Petrowski and Lillian Miccio.
Family members include her children, Michael St. Pierre and wife Gloria of Manchester, Daniel St. Pierre of Bedford, Cathy St. Pierre of Bedford, MA, Charlene Carignan and husband Edward of Goffstown, Steven St. Pierre and wife Cheryl of Manchester , Delia St. Pierre and Jamie Romano of Manchester, Edmund St. Pierre of Hampton; her grandchildren, John St. Pierre, Joseph St. Pierre, Edward Carignan, Caitlyn Baumann, Susan Bailey, Jonathan St. Pierre, Kyle St. Pierre, Sarah St. Pierre, Kathleen Carignan, Zachery St. Pierre; great-grandchildren, Piper St. Pierre, Grayson Baumann and Parker St. Pierre; many nephews, nieces and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Monday, May 16, 2016 in Blessed Sacrament Church. Burial followed in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford.
