Beatrice (Chase) Beauchemin

Beatrice (Chase) Beauchemin, age 88, a lifelong resident of Manchester, passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at Courville in Manchester following a period of declining health.

She was born November 10, 1937 in Manchester, NH to the late William Chase and Laura (Caron)(Chase) Lavigne. She Graduated from Central High School, then attended classes at Hesser College.

Prior to her retirement, she worked as a waitress for various establishments in the area. Previously she worked as a nurse’s aide and a caregiver, and was also an Arthur Murray dance instructor.

Beatrice loved painting and she also enjoyed arts & crafts and horseback riding.

Survivors include her son, Louis Ziakas, Jr.; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; two nieces Donna Savage-Rigg and Debbie Chase, one great-niece Jessica Gagnon, many great-great nieces & three nephews and many great-great nephews. She was preceded in death by her infant daughters, Tina Marie Ziakas and Christina Ziakas; her sisters Linda Savage, Diane Lavigne, and Carol Spampinato; and her brothers, Robert Chase and Louis Chase;
