Beatrice A. Nairn

Beatrice Ardelle Nairn, 82, died May 18, 2006 at a Bedford healthcare facility after a period of declining health.

She was born in Weare, NH on March 14, 1924, the daughter of Raymond and Mildred Thomson. She was educated in the local schools and was a graduate of Weare High School.

Prior to retirement, she had been employed by the American Red Cross for many years. She had also been a longtime Avon Sales Representative. She enjoyed the game Scrabble and played in a league with friends.

Members of her family include two sons, Lawrence Johonnett of N. Fort Myers, FL, and Gary Johonnett of Holderness, NH; a daughter, Roxanne Wentworth of Manchester; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; a half-sister, Alice Josselyn of Manchester.

The funeral service was held Saturday May 27, 2006 at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North St., Manchester. Urn burial was in the family lot in Weare Center Cemetery, at the convenience of the family..
