Beatrice J. Sevigny

Beatrice J. Sevigny, 83, of Manchester, NH died December 18, 2006.

She was born in Manchester on December 12, 1923, the daughter of Philip and Emma A. (Lavallee) Gagnon. She was educated in the local school system, having attended St. George Grammar School and Manchester High School Central.

She served in the US Navy during WWII.

Prior to retirement, she had been employed by Kmart. Previous to working with Kmart, she had been employed by Bee Bee Shoe Company for many years.

She was predeceased by her husband Robert J. Sevigny in 1998.

Members of her family include her two daughters, Elaine Sevigny of Manchester and Eileen Russell of St. Johnsbury, VT; nephews, nieces, and cousins.

The Rite of Committal was performed by the Rev. George Desjardins in the Mausoleum of Mt. Calvary Cemetery on Thursday December 21, 2006.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Disabled American Veterans Department of NH, 27 Lowell St, Manchester, NH 03101.
