Bertha A. Beauchesne, 89, of Hooksett, NH died December 27, 2016 at Pleasant View Center in Concord after a long illness.
She was born in Manchester December 29, 1926 to Lionel and Antoinette (Lussier) LeClerc and was a Hooksett resident for 53 years.
Bertha was a longtime parishioner of Holy Rosary Church in Hooksett.
She was a member of the Catholic Women's Guild, volunteered at the Clothing Barn, and was a member of the Hooksett'Ites.
Bertha loved crafts, golf and volunteering as an election official. She also loved standing by her husband in his home development and political career.
She was predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Albert E. Beauchesne, who died in 2005.
Family members include a daughter, Claire C. Allegretto of North Port, FL; five sons, Richard T. Beauchesne of Hooksett, Ronald R. Beauchesne of Canterbury, Daniel A. Beauchesne of Bow, Philip E. Beauchesne and Albert A. Beauchesne, both of Pembroke; ten grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; two sisters, Laurette Kuliga of Manchester and Lorraine Olivier of California; nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at Holy Rosary Church in Hooksett. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Manchester, at the convenience of the family.
