She was born in St. Albans, VT on June 20, 1918 to William and Regina (Benoit) Darch. She served in the congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Cross for 78 years, entering in 1936 and making her final profession in 1944.
Sr. Beverly earned a bachelor's degree in education from Notre Dame College in Manchester and a master's degree from Fairfield University in CT. She taught in parochial elementary schools in New Hampshire at Manchester, Nashua, Newmarket and Somersworth; in Springfield and Adams, MA; St. Albans, VT; and Groton, CT.
She also worked as a librarian at Notre Dame College and continued this ministry in West Franklin, NH. She retired to St. George Manor in 2006. Sr. Beverly will be remembered as a dedicated, religious woman who always strove to be of service to others.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Monday, October 27, 2014 in the chapel of St. George Manor, 357 Island Pond Rd., Manchester. Burial was at St. Augustin Cemetery, South Beech Street, Manchester.
