Blanche L. Nault

Blanche L. (Roy) Nault, 96, of Bedford died August 24, 2006 at Harborside Healthcare Northwood Nursing Home in Bedford after a period of declining health.

Born in Manchester on June 9, 1910, she was the daughter of Ernest and Albertine (Houle) Roy. She was a lifelong resident of Bedford and Manchester.

She was a graduate of the Mary L. Hastings School of Nursing in 1927. She later worked as a private duty nurse for many years. She was an avid gardener, seamstress and piano player.

Mrs. Nault was married 43 years to Albert T. Nault who died in 1973. She was also predeceased by three children, Paul Nault, Carol Ann Nault and Albert E.V. Nault.

The family includes a son, Richard M. Nault of Manchester; two daughters, Phyllis B. Schultz of East Topsham, VT and Jane C. Blais of Bedford; 14 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

IN HER LIFE: She was a loving wife, a dedicated mother and grandmother and a devoted nurse.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Monday August 28, 2006 at St. Elizabeth Seton Church, 190 Meetinghouse Rd., Bedford. Committal prayers followed at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
