Bradley Gerard Mousseau, 73, of Bedford, NH died October 16, 2024 after a brief illness, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Manchester on August 3, 1951, he was the son of Gerard D. and Elizabeth (Currie) Mousseau. He graduated from Memorial High School in 1969, Keene State College in 1973 and also later earned an MBA from Rivier College.
Before retiring in 2016, he had a long career in HR, beginning in 1976 at Centronics Corp in Hudson and then spending over a decade at Wang Lab in Lowell MA before moving to PA to work with Centocor, a biotech company and GMIS, a medical info system, before then becoming a VP of HR for SCT Corp and then returning to NH to be Sr. VP of HR for PC Connection. He ended his career at Draegar Medical Systems as Sr VP of HR. Over the years he always maintained contact and relationships with so many colleagues even after retirement.
Brad had so many diverse hobbies, but especially loved his antique and classic cars. Starting with his 1973 MGB, and then his 1954 Austin Healey, 1955 Ford Truck and the most recent 1929 Model A Ford Woody. He was very proud of his cars, especially the Austin Healey and won many awards at British car shows with it.
He loved spending time at their beach house in Carolina Beach, NC with family and friends. He was an avid reader of nonfiction especially historical and political books.
He was predeceased by his brother, Gerard “Jay” Mousseau in 2020.
Family members include his wife of 51 years, Cheryl (Hunt) Mousseau of Bedford; his sons, Steven Mousseau and wife Lindsay of Wilmington, NC, John Mousseau and wife Whitney of Glenmoore, PA; his grandchildren, Weston and Alice Mousseau; his siblings, Kevin Mousseau and wife Donna of Manchester, William Mousseau and wife Mallory of FL, Richard Mousseau of CA, Peggy Mousseau and Dawn Weber of FL; his sister-in-law, Colleen Mousseau of Hooksett; several nephews, nieces and cousins.
Calling hours at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St, Manchester, will be Thursday, October 24th from 4 to 6 pm. The memorial service will be Friday, October 25th, 10 am, at Brookside Congregational Church Chapel, 2013 Elm St, Manchester.
