Brian R. Messier, 63, of Manchester died March 12, 2019 at CMC Hospital, from an extended illness. He was born in Woonsocket, RI, August 7, 1955 to the late Elie and Maureen (Clain) Messier.
Brian was a long time textile worker who had a love for animals, especially his dog Cinnamon. He enjoyed rooting for NE Sports and loved the Kentucky Derby and will be remembered for his enthusiastic and boisterous cheers for his horse. Brian loved the outdoors and took every opportunity to bask in the sun and work on his tan. His unique chuckle and witty sense of humor will be missed.
Besides his parents, Brian was pre-deceased by his sister Maria Bedard and his loving Daughter Brandy Beth Messier.
He is survived by his grandchildren Tanner and Lily Ross of Poland, Maine; siblings Henry Messier and wife Patricia of Canterbury, NH, Susan Jones and her significant other David Hannaford of NewBern, NC, Steve Messier and wife Judy of Allenstown, NH, Michael Messier of Merrimack, NH, Maureen Burditt and husband Leon of Dunbarton, NH, Robert Messier and wife Pamela of Goffstown, NH, Joseph Messier and his wife Tricia of Makakilo City, HI; a brother-in-law, Carlton Jones of Manchester, NH as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
SERVICES: A private family celebration of Brian's life will take place this spring.
