Caitlyn Raye Naffziger, of Anoka, MN, passed away on February 29, 2024. She was the victim of a violent crime.
Caitlyn was 31 years old and a loving mother to two young girls. Our family is completely devastated and shocked by this tragic loss. Caitlyn was small but mighty, quiet but fierce and as brave as they come. She had many nicknames, Chi and Goose to name a couple. Her loved ones would like her to be remembered by her spirit. The spirit of Chi is a whimsical wanderer, along for the ride, up for the adventure and a multi-talented powerhouse. The spirit of Chi is joy and lives on in her two beautiful girls. Caitlyn leaves behind her daughters, Elowyn (4) and Vaelyn (1). They are her greatest accomplishment and brought her so much joy. She is also survived by her parents, Lori (Tim) Smith and Rob (Sandy) Naffziger; her brother, Bailey (Heather) Naffziger; her twin sister, Taylor Naffziger; her aunt, Brenda Plamondon and her husband, Marc; her nephews, Emmett and Calvin; and many other cousins, uncles, aunts, and friends,
A celebration of Caitlyn’s life will take place on Friday, June 21, 2024 from 2:30 to 6 p.m. at The Overlook, 550 Bunker Lake Blvd., Andover, MN 55304. Donations may be made to the Caitlyn Naffziger Memorial Fund via GoFundMe https://gofund.me/.95cfea5f
