Carmen J. Drouin

Carmen J. Drouin, 74, of Manchester, died July 12, 2022, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Manchester on May 10, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Robert A. and Henrietta L. (Maltais) Noury.  She was educated in Manchester, attended West High School and received her Nursing Assistant Certification.   She was a bartender at the Alpine Club for 20 years before retiring in 2013.

Carmen enjoyed time spent in her garden, shopping and going out monthly for “girls night”.  She loved to laugh and have fun.  Carmen loved her family and her fur babies deeply.  Above all, she was an amazing, devoted, and loving wife, mother, step mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and best friend.

Family members include her beloved husband and soul mate of nearly 35 years, Robert G. Drouin of Manchester; three children, Lisa P. Fournier-Hartson and husband Walter of Manchester, Michel R. Fournier and significant other Melissa of Seabrook, and RaeAnne Fournier of Roanoke, VA; two step sons, Tony R. Drouin of Manchester, and John D. Drouin and fiancé Kim of Manchester; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and one sister, Jacqueline Myrdek and husband Jeffrey of Manchester.  She was predeceased by both parents.

SERVICES:  Calling hours are from 3pm to 6pm with a Service of Remembrance beginning promptly at 6pm on Tuesday at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North St., Manchester, NH 03104.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Carmen’s memory may be made to:  Friends of Manchester Animal Shelter, 490 Dunbarton Rd., Manchester, NH 03102.
