Carol A. Berube

Carol A. Berube, 83, of Hooksett, NH died Friday January 5, 2024 at her home after a period of declining health.

Born October 12, 1940 in Manchester, she was the daughter of Robert & Emily (Musial) Schreiber.  She was raised in Manchester and graduated from Central High School.  In 1958 she married Gerald Berube and they enjoyed 46 years of marriage together until his death in 2004.

Prior to retirement Carol worked as a technician for SCI electronics.

In her free time she enjoyed gardening, doing crossword puzzles, and loved being a grandmother to her grandchildren and great-grandson.  She will be missed by all who loved her.

Carol is survived by her son Marc Berube of Weare, NH; daughter Pamela Gilbert & her husband Richard of Allenstown; grandchildren Ryan Gilbert & his wife Rebecca, Randal Gilbert & his fiancée Harmony, and Alyssa Young & her husband Mike; great-grandson Reegan Gilbert; sister Joyce Demina; brother Gary Schreiber; and many nieces, nephews, & cousins.

She was predeceased by her husband Gerald Berube and her daughter Judith Rancourt.

SERVICES: A committal service at Mt. Calvary Cemetery will be held at a later date.
