Carol A. Paquette, 71, of Litchfield, NH passed away March 24, 2017 at the Elliot Hospital after a valiant six year battle with metastatic lung cancer.
She was born in Cambridge, MA December 26, 1945 the daughter of George F. and Corinne (Moynihan) Buckley. She grew up in Arlington, MA and had been a NH resident for the past 47 years.
Carol enjoyed working as an interior decorator and designer for Brady Sullivan Properties for many years. Her portfolio included upscale apartment communities, commercial buildings, and a variety of homes. Carol's unique creativity and flair for design was showcased in all of her work. Although, she would happily tell you that her favorite design was her family's beach house in Saco, Maine. She was very proud of her family and was a fun and loving "Nana" to her grandchildren. Carol always loved to celebrate the holidays and family get-togethers. She looked forward to spending time with her family traveling to warm destinations and relaxing in the sun. Carol made it her personal mission to live each day to the fullest and her zest for life will be greatly missed.
She leaves her husband of 40 years, Rudolph G. Paquette of Litchfield, NH; four children, Scott Brady and wife Jessica of Manchester, Tracy Paquette and wife Gloria of Winchester, NH, Shane Brady and wife Kimberly of Candia, NH and Derek Brady of Candia, NH; nine grandchildren; a sister, Beverly Brissette and husband Robert of Stratham, NH; and many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at St. Pius X Church, 575 Candia Rd., Manchester, NH.
Burial was in Mt. Auburn Cemetery, 580 Mt. Auburn St., Cambridge, MA where a committal service took place.
