Carrie Lynn Schwartz

Carrie Lynn Schwartz, 46, of Manchester, passed away on June 25, 2021 at Elliot Hospital, following a brief illness.
She was born on June 23, 1975 in Nashua and resided in Manchester most all of her life.
Carrie was a graduate of Manchester Memorial High School. She enjoyed swimming and camping in her younger years and she loved to drive her car. She worked many years at Bedford Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, where she loved taking care of people. Above all else Carrie loved her children, Dakota and Scott.
Carrie is survived by her mother, Linda Schwartz and her significant other, Walter Jostyk of Manchester; her father, H. James (Jim) Schwartz and his wife, Cindy of Milford; two children, Dakota Littlefield and Scott Schwartz, both of Manchester; her brother, Jeffery D. Schwartz of Nashua; and her three step siblings, Aprille Barker of Merrimack, Derek Jameson of Manchester, and Darryl Jameson of Mont Vernon.
Upon Carrie's request, funeral services are private and at the convenience of her family.
