Cecile J. Assad

Born in Manchester, NH on August 8, 1925, she was the daughter of Antonio and Laurianna (Carrier) Cyr. She lived in Manchester most of her life before moving to Madison four years ago.

She was married to Charles J. Assad who died in 2000.

Mrs. Assad worked at J.F. McElwain Shoe Company in Manchester for many years. She was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church.

The family includes a son, Albert Beauchemin and his wife, Christy of Madison, ME; a sister, Shirley Beland of Manchester and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Thursday December 20, 2007 at Blessed Sacrament Church, 14 Elm St., Manchester. Burial was in St. Anthony Maronite Cemetery in Methuen MA

Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester assisted the family with arrangements.
