Cecile M. Hamelin

CECILE M. Hamelin, 89, of Manchester, died September 21, 2005, at Maple Leaf Health Care Center, after a lengthy illness.

She was born in Manchester, November 1, 1915, and was the daughter of Alphonse and Marie-Anne (Cote) Martel. She was a lifelong resident of this city.

Mrs. Hamelin was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church.

She was married to Ambroise Hamelin, who died in 1976.

Family members include a daughter, Therese Poissant of Manchester; 2 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren; three sisters, Lucille Chouinard of Biddeford, ME, Florence Cote, and Yvette Vachon, both of Manchester; nieces and nephews.

The funeral was Friday September 23, 2005 at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North St. Burial followed in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
