Charles F. Wright, 50, of Bedford, NH, died September 25, 2005, at Catholic Medical Center, after a sudden illness.
Born in Limestone, ME, May 23, 1955, he was a son of Atwood and Mary (Fewer) Wright. He served as a Sgt E-4 in the US Air Force from 1972 to 1977. He also attended the University of Maine at Presque Isle. He lived in Laconia, NH for a time and had been a resident of Bedford, NH since 1991.
Mr. Wright worked many years as a sales professional in fleet telecommunications and global satellite systems for Motorola, Cummins, Inc., and for the past five years at Outerlink Corporation in Lowell, MA
He loved his family and adored his grandchildren with whom he had many hours of play and fun. He was an avid golfer who hated slow play. He dabbled in astronomy and played the guitar. He was a great guy as described by friends and acquaintances.
Family members include his wife, Joyce Santostefano of Bedford, NH; a son, Chuck Wright and his wife Rebecca, of Manchester, NH; two daughters, Colleen Miller and her husband Justin, of Derry, NH; and Clarissa Wright and her partner Fred Fox, of Dover, NH; four grandchildren, Eben, Nathan, Ariana and Julia; his mother, Mary Wright, of Limestone, ME; four brothers, Michael Wright of Farmington, CT, Jeffrey Wright of New York City, Thane Wright of Limestone, ME, and Sheldon Wright of Presque Isle, Me; five sisters, Marilyn DeMarino of Caribou, ME, Margret Catron of Alabama, Kristine Hamilton of California, Diane Hall of Whethersfield, CT, and Kathy Wright of Bristol, ME; nieces and nephews.
The funeral was private.
