Chester M. "Pete" Crowell III

Chester M. "Pete" Crowell III, 79, of Northwood, NH died February 12, 2018 at the Concord Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Born in South Weymouth, MA on November 21, 1938, he was the son of Chester M. Crowell II and Genevieve (Merrill) Crowell. He attended vocational school in Medford, MA.
Prior to retirement, he had been employed by Raytheon Corp for many years.
Pete enjoyed many different projects, including furniture making, woodworking and yard work. He was also an avid New England sports fan.
He will be remembered as a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle who cherished time spent with family.
He leaves behind his wife, Sharon (Connor) Crowell of Northwood; his children, Peter Crowell of Port Charlotte, FL, Paul Crowell and Lori Crowell, both of Golden, CO; Sharon's children, Shayne Durant and wife Renee of Dunbarton, Tami Dennison of Concord; many grandchildren; his brother, Albert "Ed" Crowell of Wilmington, MA; nieces, Lynn Fraser and husband Brad of Wilmington, MA, Sherry Crowell of Hudson, NH, Robin Tower of Andover, MA; and a nephew, A.E. "Eddie" Crowell of Chester, NH.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Thursday, February 15, 2018 in St. Marie Church, Manchester, NH.
