The family of Christian A. Juarez, 52, of Manchester, is deeply saddened to announce his unexpected passing, on May 11, 2025.
Born in San Salvador, El Salvador on November 17, 1972, he was the son of Milton A. Costa and Marina E. (Juarez) Cabrera. He was educated in Manchester and attended Central High School. He served in the US Army and was honorably discharged.
Chris studied at Pratt Institute, where he honed the talents he used for the rest of his life. He was a beautiful artist and musician. He enjoyed painting and sculpting, owning a private art studio in the 1990’s. Chris worked on Walking NY, a permanent sculpture mural at JFK airport. He was a singer-songwriter over the years, with a love of guitars. Most recently, he enjoyed preforming at local open mic nights.
Chris found passion, and went on to work as a tattoo artist for the last 20 years. He currently worked at Valraven Ink Tattoo Studio in Milford.
Chris was a free thinker with a generous and genuine soul. He was intelligent with deep curiosity. He had goals of traveling the world, playing his music. Above all, he was a loving father, son, brother, uncle and friend.
Surviving family members include two daughters, Atlanta Juarez and significant other, Thomas Joyce of Rochester and Amelia Simmons of Manchester; his mother, Marina Cabrera of Manchester; three brothers, George Juarez and wife Stephanie of Manchester, Johnny Cabrera of Allenstown and Rocky Cabrera of Manchester; familia extendida, and his 2 furry friends. Deceased family, is father John Cabrera.
There are no services scheduled at this time. A Celebration of Chris’s Life will take place at a later date. Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
