Chris Azotea, 46, of Phoenix, AZ, formerly of New Hampshire, died December 29, 2009 in Phoenix.

He was born on December 25, 1963 in Manchester to Bruce and Maxine Azotea.

He moved to the Phoenix area 13 years ago from Tennessee.

Chris is survived by his wife Anita Azotea; his daughter, Gina Smith; sons, Michael Peters and C.J. Peters, his mother, Maxine Azotea; sisters, Tammy Goudreau, Donna Hadley, Debbie Bledsoe, Brenda Turcotte; brothers, Bruce Azotea, Mike Azotea, Bobby Azotea, and Jimmy Azotea; four grandchildren.

A funeral service was held Friday, January 8, 2010 in the Lambert Funeral Home chapel. Burial followed in Pine Grove Cemetery, Manchester.
