Christopher J. Buckley, 68, of Manchester died September 14, 2021 at the Elliot Hospital after a period of declining health.
Born in Plainfield, NJ on December 3, 1952, he was the son of Donald and Mary (Carr) Buckley. He was educated at St Anselm College and received a Bachelor of Science from Springfield College in Manchester NH.
Christopher spent most of his career pursuing his passion of restoring and refinishing furniture. Most recently, he had been a mentor at the WestBridge Rehabilitation Center in Manchester. Christopher enjoyed classical music and had a keen interest in history, world affairs and Notre Dame football.
Family members include his daughter, Lisa Moreira and husband Sebastian Moreira of Scotch Plains, NJ; his son, Michael Buckley of Flushing, NY; grandchildren Julian and Nico; a sister Olivia Buckley of New York NY; and brothers Donald Buckley of Schenectady NY; Gregory Buckley of Amherst NH; Eugene Buckley of Davenport, IA.
A private graveside committal service will be held in Meadowview Cemetery, Foundry St, Amherst, NH.
