Claire R. Bellaud, 90, of Manchester, died peacefully January 27th, 2022 surrounded by her family.
Born in Manchester on October 22, 1931, she was the daughter of Rene and Irene (Carrier) Soucy.
Prior to retirement, she had worked in the rectory at Blessed Sacrament Parish for many years. She had also worked as a sales clerk at the Hooksett K-Mart.
Claire loved playing Bingo and spending time outside with family and friends. She volunteered many years in the mammography department at the Elliot Hospital. Deeply devoted to her Catholic Faith, she was an active member of the Blessed Sacrament Parish Ladies Guild for many years.
Her family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Villa Crest Nursing Home for the tremendous care they offered Claire during her stay there.
She was predeceased by her husband, Jean Paul Bellaud, her son, Ron Bellaud, son-in-law, Kevin P. McKenna, grandson, Seth Tabor, and close friend Lorraine Spaulding.
Family members include her children, Michelle McCarty and husband David of Manchester, Collette McKenna of Manchester, Irene Langevin and husband Raymond of Raymond, NH, Robert Bellaud; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Calling hours at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St, corner of North St, will be Wednesday from 10 to 11:45 am followed by a service in the funeral home chapel at 11:45 am. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery at a later date.
