Claire E. (Martin) Boucher, 99, of the Pinardville section of Goffstown, died September 14, 2012 at her residence after a brief illness.

She was born in Manchester on December 31, 1912 to Joseph and Analda (Boudreau) Martin. She lived in Pinardville for most of her life.

Mrs. Boucher worked at International Shoe Company and J.F. McElwain Shoe Co, both in Manchester for many years.

She enjoyed playing bingo, cards and time spent with her family.

She was married to Oliver U. Boucher who died in 1962.

The family includes two children, Violet Biron and her husband, Ronald, of Pinardville and Richard "Butch" Boucher of Colebrook; six grandchildren, Denise Biron of Seattle, WA, Doreen Poulin and her husband, Larry, of Manchester, Darlene Blute and her husband, James, of Flower Mound, TX, Dean Biron of Seattle, WA, Cheryl Caron of Pinardville and Cynthia Kenney and her husband, Keith, of Canaan, VT; 12 great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren; a sister, Therese "Minnie" Lambert and her husband, Arthur, of Manchester; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by eight siblings, Gabriel Martin, Irene Rivet, Annette Martin, Lillian Martin, Fleurette Sarette, George Martin, Henry Martin and Roger Martin.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday, September 21, 2012 at Sacred Heart Church, 265 So. Main St., Manchester. Committal prayers followed at Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
