Claire G. Dion

She was born in Manchester on December 16, 1938 to Rose A. Denoncourt. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester.

Mrs. Dion worked at Shaw's Supermarket and was named employee of the year for 2010. She also worked at Pandora and Jewell Instruments for many years.

She enjoyed visiting Old Orchard Beach, Maine, and time spent with her cats Kody and Toby.

She was predeceased by her husband, Lucien R. Dion, and her son, Robert L. Dion

IN HER LIFE: The family includes a sister, Alice R. Demers and her husband, George, of Manchester; a brother, Edward J. Shank and his wife, Irene, of Goffstown; and cousins, nieces and one nephew.

A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at St. Marie Church, 378 Notre Dame Ave., Manchester. Committal prayers followed at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
