He was predeceased by his wife, Marjorie, and is survived by his children Susan Tate of Mount Pleasant, SC, Clayton L. "Chip" Hagy Jr of Bedford, NH, and Jill Urtz also of Bedford, NH. In addition he is survived by his 6 grandchildren and two brothers, Jack Hagy of Pittsburgh, PA, and Ted Hagy of Lewes, DE.
The family would especially like to thank the staffs of Bentley Commons, The Arbors of Bedford, and the doctors and staff of the Hillsborough County Nursing Home for their care and concern for Clayton over the last several years. In addition the family is especially grateful to the doctors and nurses of Catholic Medical Center, the New England Heart Institute at CMC, and the Family Health & Wellness Center at Bedford for their extraordinary care and concern.
A private family memorial service is planned. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Bedford Presbyterian Church's Endowment Fund or Deacon's Fund at 4 Church Road Bedford, NH 03110.
