Clyde Elaine Fontaine

She was born in Berlin, NH on December 7, 1936, the daughter of Roy Neal and Mertie (Lang) Coates.

She grew up in Dummer but lived most of her life in Gorham and Whitefield before moving to Bedford.

Prior to retirement, Elaine worked as quality inspector at Hitchiner Manufacturing Co. in Littleton. Previously, she had also worked as a a stitcher at Converse Shoe Company in Berlin.

Family members include three sons, Robert N. Fontaine of Candia, Ronald W. Fontaine of Littleton, and Norman Fontaine of Painted Post, NY; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were private and at the convenience of the family.
