Constance L. Correia

She was born in Manchester on December 17, 1931 to Romeo and Juliette (Caron) Morin. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester.

Contance worked as a dietetic aide at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Manchester for 24 years. She enjoyed traveling, playing cards on Saturday nights, bingo, trips to Foxwoods and time spent with the Ramsey House social circle.

Her family was the center of her life and she will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

She was married to Rolando Correia who died in 1974. She was also predeceased by three step siblings, Juliette Martel, Aline Beauregard and Marcel Morin.

The family includes three children, Elaine Landry and her husband, Chris, of Londonderry, Ronald Correia and his wife, Cynthia (Sokul), of Auburn and Michael Correia and his wife, Chantal, of Manchester; three grandchildren, Derek Correia, Jason Jean and Debra Cruz; four great grandchildren; a sister, Estelle St. Cyr of Milford; a brother, Robert R. Morin and his wife, Lorraine, of Goffstown; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and her devoted companion, Carl Nichols of Manchester

The family would like to thank the staffs of Maple Leaf Health Care Center and VNA Hospice of Manchester for the exceptional care and comfort they provided to Constance.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday, March 14, 2014 at Blessed Sacrament Church, 14 Elm St., Manchester. After cremation, burial will be at St. Augustin Cemetery, Manchester.
