He was born in Manchester, October 23, 1956, and was the son of Roland and Helen (Szumierzs) Boisvert. He was a lifelong resident of this city.
Mr. Boisvert worked for the US Postal Service for 16 years as a rural letter carrier in the town of Weare.
He was a member of Parish of the Transfiguration.
He loved his family and enjoyed the outdoors, fly fishing, hunting and hiking.
He was predeceased by a brother, Ronald Boisvert.
Family members include his wife of 30 years, Diane Boisvert of Manchester; a son, Daniel R. Boisvert Jr. of Manchester; a daughter, Darcy Silvia of Manchester; two brothers, Richard Boisvert of Candia, and Roland Boisvert of Manchester; four sisters, Carolyn Pare of Rochester, NH, Candace Boisvert, Kath Boisvert, both of Manchester, and Lisa Lavoie of Concord; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours are Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North St.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10 am at Parish of the Transfiguration, Kelley St., Manchester. Burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
