David D. Beaulieu, 69, of Manchester, died March 19, 2016 at Hillsborough County Nursing Home, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Manchester on October 9, 1946, to Emile and Albina (Claveau) Beaulieu, Sr. David attended Central High School and was a lifelong resident of Queen City. He served in the Air Force National Guard and was honorably discharged in 1965.
David later worked as a floor covering mechanic at Beaulieu's Floor Covering and Curly's Carpet before retiring from Progressive Carpet in 2011. He was a Class A Jokester and could make anyone laugh. He had a passion for sailing and flying glider planes. He had a huge heart and would do anything for anyone. You could always count on David. He was an extremely hard worker and very dependable, but always saved Sunday as "family day" which was most important to him. Above all, he will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and brother.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Patricia M. (Loftus) Beaulieu of Manchester; two daughters, Kimberly Blue of Manchester, and Barbara Beaulieu of Key West, FL; three grandchildren, Matthew Robichaud of Concord, Alexa Robichaud of Manchester, and Riley Blue of Bedford; one great grandson, Aidan Robichaud of Manchester; one brother, Emile Beaulieu of Goffstown; and many sisters & brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by both parents; and sister, Jeannine Mannuccia.
A Memorial Service with military honors was held on Friday, March 25, 2016 in the chapel at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester.
