He was born in Danvers, MA, on March 25, 1952, the son of Merrill and Betty (Bearse) Sidmore.
He was raised in Groton, MA, and has lived in NH for over twenty-five years, most recently in the Manchester area. He holds a business degree from the University of Massachusetts and for many years has been the manager of Bob's Furniture store in Salem, NH.
David was always happy, and was everyone's best friend. He was his daughter's hero and did everything for his "Jeannie girl." Family was the most important thing to him.
He was predeceased by a daughter Debra Sheehan.
Family members include his wife of twenty-five years, Jeannie (Gorneau) Sidmore of Manchester; his children, Dustie Lessard and her husband Brian, of Derry, Jim Sidmore and his wife Racheel, of Pepperell, MA; 6 grandchildren, Austin, Cameron Samantha, Damon, Emily, Mason; his father of Fairfax, VA; a sister, Sally Briggs of Fairfax, VA; 3 nieces.
A funeral liturgy took place in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, August 18, 2009.
Encryptment was private at the Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
