Deborah L. Mason

Deborah L. Mason, 63, of Ossipee, passed away on July 5, 2021 at Wentworth Douglas Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Manchester on July 26, 1957, she was the daughter of Raymond and Geraldine (Gagnon) Lescatre. She was educated in Merrimack and worked as a cashier for CN Brown for many years before retiring in 2012.
Deborah enjoyed crafts, all animals, winters in Florida, and camping in her younger years.
Deborah was a quiet person who enjoyed spending time with her husband and animals. She loved to take care of all animals, even her flying squirrels who fell from a downed tree. She loved to make her own animal food for her cats, dogs, and birds. Animals were her life and she would nurture them all back to health.
Above all else, she will be remembered as a devoted and loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend.
Surviving family members include her husband of 40 years, Timothy F. Mason of Ossipee; one daughter, Melissa Faris of Ossipee; five grandchildren, Autumn Faris, Zachary Faris, Garrett Faris, and Ian Faris of Ossipee, and Jacob Mason of Manchester; two sisters, Judy Gamache & husband Michael of Goffstown, and Maddy Carr & husband Norm of Merrimack; two brothers, Michael Lescatre of Merrimack, and Keith Lescatre & wife Lisa of Merrimack; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; her son John Raymond Mason in 2014, and her niece Amanda Lescatre.
SERVICES: Calling hours are from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sunday at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North St., Manchester, 03104. A graveside service will take place at 11:00 am on Monday in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester, NH 03102. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Wentworth Douglas Hospital Dover NH Oncology Unit. The Family would like to thank the incredible doctors and nurses on the CCU unit at Wentworth Douglas Hospital.
