Debra Martha Feins (Zigelbaum) passed away on January 30, 2026 in Sarasota, Florida after a long battle with her health.

She was born on August 12, 1958 in Boston, Massachusetts and grew up in Framingham where she graduated from Framingham South High School. She graduated from Brandies University and followed with studying law at Syracuse University College of Law. She practiced law in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. In 1991 she met and married Dr. Robert Feins, moved to Bedford, New Hampshire where they started their family together. She not only had her own legal practice, but assisted in managing her husband’s medical practice, and tirelessly advocated for her children in the Bedford School System. During her career she served on the Board of Delta Dental of New Hampshire, and on multiple committees at Temple Adath Yeshurun. She was also avidly active with Families in Transition.

She is survived by her loving husband, Robert, and her daughters Rachel Feins (Troy Jollimore), and Carly Feins. She is also survived by her mother, Marilyn Flynn (Zigelbaum); her sisters, Pamela (Marshall) Baldassarre, Lisa Raffael (Thomas Sykes), Rebecca (Stephen) MacLennan, and step-sister Christine (Arvind) Kumar.

The funeral will take place at the Hebrew Cemetery in Manchester, N.H. on Wednesday February 4th, 2026 at 11:00am.
