DeLores M. Scott

DeLores M. Scott, 88, of Bedford, NH passed away December 3, 2022 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in New Ulm, MN on November 12, 1934 she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Irene (Turbes) Gag.  She was educated in New Ulm, MN and a graduate of Cathedral High School.    DeLores worked at the Registry of Deeds, Brown County, Minnesota.  She later worked filing tax returns for the IRS Office of Andover, MA before retiring in 1983.

DeLores was very creative.  She enjoyed growing flowers, making floral arrangements and Christmas wreaths. She also enjoyed needlework, puzzles and singing.  DeLores was very reserved, hardworking and independent.  Above all else, she will be remembered as a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

Surviving family members include her beloved husband of 65 years, James H. Scott of Bedford, NH; two daughters, Lynn Scott and husband David Betz of Bedford, and Mary Grigas and husband Robert of Huntsville, AL; two granddaughters, Heather Dufourny and husband Daniel of Manchester, NH, and Miranda Sisk and husband Reid of Huntsville, AL; one great granddaughter, Lily Dufourny of Manchester, NH; one sister, Iola Bjorklund and husband William of Mesa, AZ; and several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by both parents; and sister, Muriel Gag.
