Denise E. St. Pierre

   Denise E. “Sophie” St. Pierre, 67 years old, of Laconia, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on July 7, 2022 after a courageous battle with cancer.

   She was born on July 11, 1954 to Bertrand and Shirley Bissonnette in Manchester. In 1996, she married the love of her life, Larry St. Pierre. They recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary.

   Denise was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, gramma and friend. She worked for New York Life Insurance for 30 years before transitioning to Brady Sullivan Properties for 15 years.

   She was a selfless, loyal family member, dedicated hard worker and never took “No” for an answer. She loved to read, spend time outside and was always open to playing card games. She loved to travel, sip a glass of red wine (w/ice), participate in Barbie fashion shows, go for drives around the lake and go on weekend date nights at her favorite restaurants. But she truly was at peace spending time on the water or walking on the beach. Denise was a true fighter and her resilience and quiet strength showed in the final days of her life.

   Denise was predeceased by her father, Bertrand Bissonnette.  She is survived by her husband, Larry St. Pierre; her sons, Michael Michaud and his wife, Melissa, Matthew Michaud and his companion, Laurie Carter and her two daughters, Madison and Katelyn; her mother, Shirley Bissonnette; her sister, Donna Labbe; her step-daughter, that was truly considered a daughter, Katherine Phan and her husband, Nam; her stepsons, Daniel St. Pierre and his companion, Lindsey Coole, David St. Pierre and his wife, Amanda; her nine grandchildren that were her world, Hayley, Alyssa, Lily, Brandon, Cole, Ethan, Layla, McKinley and Emma; her great granddaughter, Coraline; and her dog, Kasey.

   SERVICES:  Calling hours will be on Tuesday (7/12) from 4 to 7 p.m. at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday (7/13) at 10 a.m. at St. Anthony Church, 172 Belmont St., Manchester.  Committal prayers will follow at Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.

   Immediately following services, please join the family at the Executive Court Banquet Facility, 1199 S. Mammoth Rd., Manchester to celebrate Denise’s life.

   In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Payson Center for Cancer Care – Concord Hospital.
