Diane M. Chauvette

Diane M. (Corriveau) Chauvette, 72, of Manchester, died August 20, 2018 at Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA after a period of declining health.

She was born in Manchester on June 18, 1946 to Henry and Estelle (Bilodeau) Corriveau. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester.

Diane owned and operated Lady Di's Hair Salon in Manchester for many years. Prior to that, she graduated from, and later taught at, Houle's Beauty Academy.

She was an avid golfer and a member of the Intervale Country Club. She was also a fan of the Red Sox and Patriots and enjoyed time spent with her family, especially attending the softball games of her granddaughters.

She was predeceased by her parents and three brothers.

The family includes her husband of 53 years, Richard E. Chauvette of Manchester; two children, Douglas Chauvette and wife, Gerri, of Deerfield and Dawna Fraitzl and husband, John, of Bedford; three grandchildren, Mackenzie, Madison and Morgan Fraitzl; and nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at Parish of the Transfiguration, 305 Kelley St., Manchester.
