Our precious son, Dionysus Killian Desrosiers, was taken too soon. Born on August 12, 2024, Dion was with us just six short weeks. Although our time with our baby was short, we will be forever grateful for the time we had together.
Dion is survived by his parents, Daniel and Theresa Desrosiers and his big brother, Leonidas. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Kevin and Kristin Maloney; his paternal grandparents, William and Tabatha Desrosiers; his aunts and uncles, John Paul and Maria Maloney, Kolbe and Amelia Maloney, Elizabeth, Benedict and Felicity Maloney, Kailah and Michael Pereira, Billy and Maria Desrosiers, Christopher and Nora Desrosiers, Mary Desrosiers and her fiance, Matthew Avery, Matthew, Mark, Sarah, Thomas, Nicholas, Emily and Kevin Desrosiers; his cousins, John, Owen, Adrian, Benjamin, and Octavia and a multitude of extended family.
Dion’s tiny life has touched the hearts of so many and we await the day we will see our boy again. For now he rests in the arms of God.
We have seen the evidence of God’s goodness throughout this tragedy. Even in our darkest days, we know the love of our Heavenly Father! Remember, “hope still walks with the hurting… there is still Good News worth repeating. If we are alive and breathing, Praise the Lord!”
