Domenic Gino Guerrera, 92, of Manchester, passed surrounded by his family on January 21, 2022.
Domenic was born in Pontelandolfo, Italy on January 1, 1930 to the late Luigi & Nicolina Guerrera. They emigrated to the United States and settled in Waterbury, CT where he met his late wife, Violet (Violette) Guerrera. They enjoyed 66 years of marriage, started a family and moved to Manchester, NH.
He spent his career as an engineer working for Raytheon before retiring in 1995. He was a resident of Manchester for over 60 years.
Domenic was an avid fan of all sports, but mostly the Yankees and Giants. He enjoyed traveling with his family. In his spare time, after retirement, he enjoyed hobbies which included watching "Jeopardy!", "Wheel of Fortune" and cowboy westerns. Most especially he loved his grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. He will be deeply missed.
Domenic is survived by his brother, Francis Guerrera and his wife, Vittoria, of Watertown, CT; sons, Christopher Guerrera and his wife, Brandi, of Simpsonville, SC, Stephen Guerrera and his wife, Amy of Portsmouth; daughter-in-law, Donna Guerrera, whose husband David, is deceased; five grandchildren, Matthew Guerrera, Nicholas Guerrera, Ashley Stano, Christopher Guerrera and Tyler Guerrera; three great-grandchildren, Violet Stano, Nicholas Guerrera and Lilah Guerrera; and nieces and nephews.
Domenic was predeceased by his wife, Violet; son, David Guerrera and siblings, Angela Guerrera and Patricia Guerrera.
