Dominic J. Sapienza

He was born in Manchester, NH, on March 31, 1930, the son of Alfred and Argentila (Portinari) Sapienza Sr. He was educated in the local school system and was a graduate of Manchester High School Central.

During the Korean War, he served in the US Marine Corps.

Prior to retirement, he had been employed as a production manager with the Catholic Medical Center for over 30 years.

He was a longtime communicant of St. Pius X Church.

Members of his family include his wife of 36 years, Monique (Rousseau) Sapienza of Manchester; one daughter, Stephanie Stevens of Epping, NH; two brothers, Alfred Sapienza Jr. of Manchester and Richard Sapienza of Grove City, Ohio; one sister, Phyllis Kline of Manchester; nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Wednesday June 27, 2007 in St. Pius X Church. Burial followed in the new St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford.
