Donald R. Morin, 82, of Manchester, died November 19, 2021, at CMC, after a long and courageous battle with cancer, holding the hand of his beloved wife and surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Manchester on September 20, 1939, he was the son of the late Alexis and Helenda (Champagne) Morin. He was educated in Manchester and attended school at Ste. Marie's. Don was employed with Pandora for 20 years and was later employed with Velcro Industries for 20 years before his retirement.

Don married his soul mate Julie in 2007. They were introduced by their best friend, Jesus, in 2003 at the Adoration Chapel. Their marriage was consecrated to Mother Mary.

Don was a devout Catholic who lived out the teachings of Jesus daily. He had great devotion to Mother Mary and had consecrated his life to Her. He was profoundly in love with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. He continued to serve as a Eucharistic Minister, Adoration Chapel Captain and altar server.

Don was a true outdoorsman. He enjoyed fishing, especially with his daughter, Debbie and friend, Gerry and hunting and camping. He had a passion for gardening and took great pride in his handy work around his and Julie's home. He enjoyed his Thursday breakfast outings with his brothers. He was honest, patient, loyal and forgiving. He loved his family and was deeply in love with his wife. He will always be remembered as a devoted and loving husband.

Family members include his wife of 14 years, Julie (Lavallee) Morin of Manchester; five children, Carol Kenney, Ronald Morin, Denise Philibert, Debra Sayers, and Linda Dinwoodie; ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and two brothers, Gerard Morin and wife Madeleine and Roland Morin and wife Pauline. He was predeceased by both parents.

SERVICES: Calling hours are from 4pm to 7pm on Thursday, December 2nd at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North St., Manchester. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 3rd at 10am at Ste. Marie Church, 378 Notre Dame Ave., Manchester. Committal Prayers to follow in the mausoleum at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Catholic Charities of NH, 100 William Loeb Dr., Manchester, NH 03109, or to Ste. Marie Church, 378 Notre Dame Ave., Manchester, NH 03102.
