Donald R. Morrissette, 65, of Goffstown, died March 15, 2016, at Catholic Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Manchester on August 24, 1950 to Raymond and Lucille (Pepin) Morrissette. Donald attended Manchester High School West and was a lifelong resident of the area. He served in the U.S. Navy and worked in Quality Control at Fireye, in Derry, for 29 years.
Donald enjoyed riding his motorcycle, camping and fishing. He was a serious cribbage and pool player, as well. He always knew how to make people laugh, was very kind and had the biggest heart in the world. Above all, he will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, uncle and brother.
Family includes one daughter, Sandra Dionne and husband Benjamin of Manchester; one son, Robert D. Morrissette of Weare; two grandsons, Jonathan and Adam Morrissette of Weare; two sisters, Jeanne Tetreault and husband Mark of Northwood, and Pauline Lagueux and husband Dennis of Manchester; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by both parents, and his brother, Robert P. Morrissette.
Manchester. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Sacred Heart Church, 265 S. Main St., Manchester.
