Dora L. Cloutier

   Dora L. (Lewis) Cloutier, 93, of Manchester, NH died April 27, 2023 after a period of declining health.

   She was born in New Bedford, MA on December 16, 1929 to Robert and Blanche (Spoor) Lewis. 

   In her youth, Dora worked at the Five and Ten in the north end of New Bedford. As a mother, she worked intermittently as a salesperson in several retail stores. She had an infectious smile and will be remembered for her love of music and singing.

   She was predeceased by her husband, Norman A. Cloutier in 2000, her parents and three siblings, Loretta Lewis, William Lewis and Robert Lewis.

   Dora is survived by three children, Sr. Doreen Cloutier, CSC of Manchester, NH, Norman Cloutier and his wife, Leslie Broberg, of Raleigh, NC and Michael Cloutier and his wife, Lisa, of Manchester, CT; two grandchildren, Joshua Cloutier of West Haven CT and Amanda Mastroberti of Vernon, CT; three great grandchildren, Emily Rose-Marie, Carter James and Samuel Adam as well as several nieces and nephews.

   SERVICES: A wake service will be held on Wednesday (5/3) from 2 to 3 p.m. at St. George Manor, 357 Island Pond Rd., Manchester, NH.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday (5/4) at 11:30 a.m. at Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, 121 Mt. Pleasant St., New Bedford, MA.  Committal prayers will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, 559 Mt. Pleasant St., New Bedford, MA.

   Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, Manchester, NH is assisting the family with arrangements.
